- All gas hobs have heavy duty INOX burners. They are also equipped with a detachable waste collecting basin, a two-position switch with pilot and thermocouple with low pressure. All these are covered to avoid clogging.
For those who wish to cook in smaller vessels, a crown can be placed on the burners. In this manner, half of the flame is funneled to the center of the pot or frying pan, and the other half is spread towards the perimeter of the vessel. This reduces cooking time by 50%.
IMPORTANT: The burner device has no back panel, and the burners have been moved forward and back respectively, in order to accommodate very large frying pans and pots.
CAUTION: KALLISTI burners are only provided with INOX grids, as shown in the picture.
